Hill Country DA Turns PEC Case Over to Texas Attorney General [Statesman]
The Statesman reports that District Attorney Sam Oatman, the Hill Country prosecutor overseeing the criminal inquiry of Pedernales Electric Co-op has turned the case over to Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott's office.
